The first time you log in you must use the 7-digit password sent to you by text message on your mobile phone. You can only this password the first time you log in.  For subsequent log-ins you must use the password you provided on the joining form.  You can save your username and password by clicking on Save my password in the log in box.

 

After the first time, if you have problems logging in, check that you have entered the correct e-mail address and password.  If you cannot remember your password click forgot your password? and we will e-mail it to you.

 

Make sure that cookies are enabled on your computer.  Cookies are small files held on your computer that remember certain information for you so that you can log in easily.  To enable cookies click Tools, then Internet options, then Security, then click default level.
