Reporting Inappropriate Behaviour

Our terms and conditions have been written to ensure fair, safe and legal trading for all our members. We try to ensure that listings that break our terms and conditions are not displayed but if you think a member has broken them, we would be grateful if you would report him/her.
 
You can do this by clicking on the whistle symbol on the listing. The problems that we would like you to report include:
  • Members bidding on their own auctions in order to raise the price.
  • Placing contact details on a listing
  • Trying to renegotiate the selling price after the auction
  • The seller is not located in Oman
  • Items have been listed in an inappropriate category
  • You suspect the listing is bogus or illegal
  • The listing is for items banned by Omanbay
  • The listing is offensive
  • The seller is under 18 years old
We will review the listing that you report and remove it, move it or edit it if necessary.
