·    It is your responsibility to make sure that you are legally allowed to sell the items that you list for sale on Omanbay, this includes ensuring that your item doesn’t breach any copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights.

·    Your items must be described honestly and accurately, without any intention to mislead.

·    Your listing must be placed in the category most suited to that item. Omanbay reserves the right to move listings that are placed inappropriately, and to debit your account if this means that more fees are due.

·    Confirmed members may place an unlimited number of listings, but only 5 identical listings at one time.

·    In your listing you may not offer to sell additional items outside of Omanbay, or list a per item price.

·    Listings must be for an actual item and not placed only for advertising purposes.

·    Listings may not contain a link to any other website.

·    Auction listings may not include your e-mail address, any phone numbers or any other contact details.

·    Your listing may not include lists of keywords in order to manipulate searches.

·    All prices must be in Omani Rials.

·    Listing your item is a commitment to sell it on Omanbay. You may not remove your item from an auction before it closes, or refuse to sell it to the highest bidder if the reserve price has been met.

·    Listing fees and success fees are payable by the seller and may not be added to the price of the item after the auction.

Omanbay reserves the right to remove any listings that breach either the terms and conditions or these listing policies, and to remove features from the home page at its discretion. If listings are removed because they breach the terms and conditions or these listing policies no refund of fees will be made.

Omanbay Fees are nonrefundable and it should be used within 12months, starting from the deposit date.

Gift fees must be used within 30 days.
