My Transactions

This page lists the financial transactions in your Omanbay account and displays your balance. If you have a query about your account you will probably find the answer here.

Credit My Account

This section links to the ITA payment gateway and allows you to safely credit your account online. All cards marked VISA or MasterCard are acceptable on the payment gateway.  However some banks have prevented their cards from being used on the Internet.  These cards can be activated for Internet shopping on request, so if you have a problem with your card, please contact your bank.

Pre-paid Internet shopping cards are also available from banks.

·          Bank Muscat sells the ‘E-payment Card’.

·          Oman International Bank sells the ‘Cyber Card’.

·          National Bank of Oman sells the ‘Web Shopper Card’.

All these cards are accepted by the payment gateway.

When your transaction is completed you will be returned to Omanbay.

My Listings

This section shows all your current, live listings. You can edit your listings from here.

My Pending Listings

This section contains listings that you have submitted for Admin approval, but that haven’t yet been approved.  We aim to publish all listings within 24 hours of being submitted.

Questions

If someone asks you a question it will appear in this section and you can answer it from here. You will receive an email alert that there is a question here to answer.

My Sold Items

This section contains listings that you have already sold. You can see the selling price of items you have already sold, and the details of the buyer. Open the listing and click on their name to review their feedback. You can email the buyer from here, just click on the green envelope. You should leave your own feedback on your buyer.  Just click Leave Feedback and rate your buyer according to the guidelines in Help/Feedback/Omanbay Feedback System.

My Unsold Items

This section contains listing which have closed unsold. If your auction has closed and the reserve price has not been reached you can make a fixed price offer from here. To make a fixed price offer,  open the listing, fill in your offer price and click Offer. Your offer should be below reserve. You only have one chance to make a Fixed Price Offer. Your offer will go to people who had bid on your auction only. They will be notified by email and can answer your offer from Fixed Offers. The first person to accept your offer will be the winning buyer.

 

My Purchases

From My Purchases you can see the details of the listings you have already bought, including the selling price, and the details of the seller. Click on their name to review their feedback. You can email the seller from here, just click on the green envelope. You should leave your own feedback on your seller.  Just click Leave Feedback and rate your buyer according to the guidelines in Help/Feedback/Omanbay Feedback System.

Items I’ve Bid On

Items I’ve Bid On gives you quick access to current listings that you have bid on.

Items I’m Watching

Items I’m Watching contains listings that you are watching. It gives you quick access to listings that you are interested in.  If you want to watch an item but not bid on it yet, you can add it to Items I’m Watching by logging in, opening the listing and clicking Watch This Listing.

My Feedback

From this section you can see your feedback points, flowers, and what your trading partners are saying about you.

Banned Users

If you have banned any users from bidding on your auctions their names will be displayed here. You can also unblock them from here if you wish.

Fixed Offers

If you get an email to say that anyone has made you a Fixed Price Offer, you can see and accept it from here.
